· I/we will abide by the laws of the Town of Del Norte, the State of Colorado and the United States of America especially as they pertain to the sale of products or services to minors.

· I/we acknowledge that as guests of Rally on the Rio Grande and the Town of Del Norte, I/we will be responsible for keeping the area around my/our unit/space(s) free and clear of trash and potential hazards.

· I/we further agree to police the area around my/our unit/space(s) when I/we leave.

· I/we agree to include payment in full for my/our space(s) to be received by Rally on the Rio Grande within 10 days of submitting my/our application.

· I/we understand that if I/we fail to show/setup at the Rally on the Rio Grande payment is not refundable.

· I/we understand that Rally on the Rio Grande may increase the cost for vendor space(s) and when my/our registration is accepted (payment received), I/we will not be subject to any price increase.

· I/we understand the set up time is after 6:00 PM Thursday, July 10^th, 2008 and before Noon on Friday, July 11^th, 2008.

· I/we understand that my/our space(s) and location will be assigned by Rally on the Rio Grande organizers according to their discretion. (Number of spaces, need for electricity and products sold are determining factors.)

· I/we agree not to leave/vacate/disassemble my/our unit/space(s) at the Rally on the Rio Grande prior to 10:00 AM on Sunday, July 13^th, 2008.

· I/we acknowledge that circling Yes on the registration form indicates I/we have read and agree to the above vendor rules.
